{"id":1,"date":"2016-10-08T16:57:07","date_gmt":"2016-10-08T16:57:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/oldoakneighbourhoodforum.org\/?p=1"},"modified":"2016-10-11T18:49:27","modified_gmt":"2016-10-11T18:49:27","slug":"hello-world","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oldoakneighbourhoodforum.org\/?p=1","title":{"rendered":"OPDC publishes shortlist for its Old Oak masterplan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At the end of September, tenders were issued by the OPDC for a \u00a33m masterplanning exercise for Old Oak.<\/p>\n<p>A large portion of the land within OPDC\u2019s boundary area of Old Oak and Park Royal\u00a0is brownfield public land. \u00a0The Government has agreed in principle to transfer this land to the OPDC.<\/p>\n<p>The total boundary area under OPDC\u2019s control is\u00a0650ha and the core development area of Old Oak is 134ha.
